Ali has most recently been seen in the international hit musical Legally Blonde, where she shone playing the role of Vivienne Kensington during its hugely successful Australian tour.

Ali’s other major credit as a musical theatre performer was in the Sydney Theatre Company’s production of the controversial rock musical Spring Awakening playing the role of school girl Thea. Other performance work includes the 24 Hour Play Generator for Griffin Theatre/NIDA and The Chaser’s War on Everything for Australia’s ABC Television. Ali’s film credits include Hit and Run for ManiaFilm and Newcastle for Dragonfly Pictures.

Ali has been singing jazz under the tutelage of Julie Wilson since she was 12 years of age, kicking off her music theatre career playing lead roles in West Side Story andSnoopy the Musical whilst studying at the Hunter School of Performing Arts.  Ali has also appeared as Demeter in Cats for Opera Hunter and she been a guest headliner at the Newcastle Jazz Festival.
