Emma Hawthorne


Since graduating from the National Institute of Dramatic Art in Musical Theatre, Emma has become a seasoned performer in musical theatre, cabaret, film and television and is a professional yoga instructor and choreographer.

Her musical credits include the Australian tour of Annie (GFO), Dr Zhivago(GFO), West Side Story (West Side Story Australasia), Fiddler on the Roof (TML Productions), Debbie Does Dallas: The Musical(Three Amigos Productions), Kiss Me Kate (The Production Company), Hats Off and Godspell: Prepare Ye.

Her cabaret credits include self devised Catch a Falling Star, Emotional Baggage, Mini Cabs, and corporate work with Carousel Entertainment. Emma’s other theatre credits include various Short and Sweet Festivals, Brainstorm Productions, and The Taming of the Shrew and Alice in Wonderland (Greencyc Productions).

Her children’s entertainment credits include various Bilby Productions and host for the Wild Aussies(Promotechnics), while her film credits include the MTV pilotSick, short film Absence (SFS) and Optus campaign “The in-betweeners”.

Emma’s first musical at age seven was The Wizard of Oz and Emma is happy to be returning to the land of Oz.
