BOOK TO WIN Competition

General

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

Who can enter

4. Subject to clause 5 and 6, entry is open to all residents of Western Australia who have fulfilled the requirements set out below (‘Eligible Entrants’).
5. Employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, Productions and associated agencies, contractors, sole traders and companies are not eligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.
6. The promoter is the producer.
7. The Producer is Cross Roads Live Australia PTY LTD (ACN 98056976928) (‘Producer’).
8. Entrants must be over the age of 18 at the time of entry and have a valid form of identification.

How to enter

9. Purchase one or more tickets to a January 2025 performance of WICKED at Crown Theatre Perth between 9 December 2024 and 24 December 2024.

When to enter

12. The competition commences at 2:00pm (AWST) on Monday 9 December 2024 and closes at 11:59pm (AWST) on Tuesday 24 December 2024 (‘Promotional Period’).
13. One prize winner will be selected based on their response in the competition form.
14. The winner will be notified by the email they provide on the competition form by 27 December 2024. If the winners cannot be contacted or claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner/s and pick replacement winner/s.

Number of Entries permitted

15. One entry per person.

Prize on offer

16. 1 x MINI for 48 hours over the date of your booked WICKED performance. Value: $1,000.
17. 1 nights accommodation in a Premier King room at Crown Towers, inclusive of breakfast for two in Epicurean restaurant and valet parking for 1 MINI. Value: $829.
18. Post-show photograph with Elphaba and Glinda.
19. 2 x signed programs. Value: $60.
20. Total prize value: $1,889.

22. Competition entry is valid for online ticket purchasers between Monday 9 December 2024 and Tuesday 24 December 2024. Not available on previously purchased tickets. Not valid on $20 queue, lottery, or complimentary tickets.
23. If the Producer is unable to contact the winners to claim fulfilment of the promotional prizes, that winner will forfeit the prize and another winner will be drawn. The Producer will not be liable for a winner who cannot be contacted and therefore forfeits their prize, and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. Redemption of the prize must be requested in writing within 48 hours of notification. In the event the winner does not accept the prize within the agreed timeframe, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
25. Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions all other expenses are the responsibility of the winners (and their companions) including but not limited to current passports, visas, meals, spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, transfers, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, service charges, flights, travel insurance, optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs.

Copyright, Privacy, Statutory guarantees, Waiver and liability

27. In accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winner agrees to granting the Producer a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites, and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
28. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Producer (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
29. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Producer (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Producer’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Producer) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Producer; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
