    We know things can change, so in the event that you can no longer attend the performance of WICKED on your chosen date, processes have been implemented to provide a stress-free exchange experience. Tickets can be exchanged up to a minimum of 7 days prior to your scheduled performance date subject to the Terms and Conditions below:

    Marriner Group Ticket Exchange Policy

    Ticket exchanges MAY be available for this event. Requests can be submitted via customerservice@marrinergroup.com.au or phone 1300 11 10 11, option 3, between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday to Sunday 10am to 4pm. Please note:

    All requests must be made no later than 7 days prior to start of the ticketed performance.

    Only 1 exchange per event will be allowed.

    A per ticket exchange fee of $9.80 applies up to a maximum of $29.40 per exchange transaction.

    All requests are subject to availability at the time of exchange and must be of equal value of the original ticket(s) purchased.

    If you wish to exchange to a higher priced ticket(s), you will be required to pay the full price of your new tickets, plus the applicable exchange fees and then a credit will be applied on your original date tickets.

    No exchanges or refunds can be provided after the deadlines listed above or after a performance date unless required by applicable law.

    Exchanges may also be available if the performance is postponed or rescheduled.

    We can only assist customers who purchased their tickets via Ticketek, the authorised ticket seller for all Marriner Group venues (Regent Theatre, Comedy Theatre, Princess Theatre and Forum Melbourne) or through approved partners.

    If you purchased tickets through any other channel, please contact the seller directly.

    Brisbane

    This policy applies to performances of Wicked at the Lyric Theatre, QPAC in Brisbane.

    Tickets may only be exchanged for other performances of Wicked at the Lyric Theatre, QPAC in Brisbane.

    Exchanges must be made no later than 7 days prior to start of originally ticketed performance.

    A $3.65-per-ticket fee applies, and an exchange may be subject to additional fees.

    Exchanges are subject to availability at the time of exchange and must be of equal value of the original ticket(s) purchased. If you wish to exchange to a higher-priced ticket(s), you will be asked to pay the difference in ticket price. If the new ticket is less than the original ticket price, there will be no partial refunds provided.

    No exchanges or refunds can be provided after the deadlines listed above, after a performance date, or otherwise except as guaranteed under Australian consumer law.

    Please note: We can only assist those who purchased their Wicked tickets on QPAC or Qtix, the authorised ticket sellers for the Lyric Theatre, QPAC in Brisbane, or through approved partners. If you purchased tickets through any other avenue, please contact the seller directly to learn more about their refund and exchange policy.

    Tickets may be exchanged for any other single performance on sale at the time of exchange for the Brisbane season, subject to seat availability, blackout dates, sold-out performances, and other restrictions. Exchanges may not be made for same performance.

    Exchanges will only be made for tickets purchased through the authorised ticket seller for the venue:

    1. For tickets purchased via QPAC or Qtix, call 136 246.
    2. For group sales, please contact your groups representative. This exchange policy does not apply to tickets purchased through the QPAC Groups Department.
    3. Tickets purchased via third-party providers are subject to their exchange policies. Please note that QPAC and Qtix are the only authorised sellers for tickets of Wicked at the Lyric Theatre, QPAC in Brisbane. 

    Exchanges will be valued at the original face value of the ticket purchased. Additional payments apply if choosing a performance or seating that costs more than the original or if exchanges are from an originally discounted ticket into a performance with no discounted tickets available.

    New special offers may not be applied to exchanged tickets.

    Exchanges may not be made to reduce the total number of tickets originally purchased.

    Upon exchange, original tickets will be voided and will not allow access into the performance. Customers must present newly issued tickets for entry into the performance.

    Complimentary tickets and resold tickets are not eligible for exchange.

    Other restrictions may apply. Exchange policy may change or be revoked without notice.

    Exchanges must be made no later than 7 days prior to start of originally ticketed performance, and there are no exchanges or refunds on Today Tix lottery tickets.

  • Who are the authorised ticket sellers?

    Melbourne

    If searching for tickets to WICKED online, you will see a number of re-sale sites advertising tickets, usually at a higher price than the official site. If you attend a performance of WICKED with a ticket purchased via an unauthorised re-seller such as Viagogo, eBay, Gumtree, or others, you may be refused entry.

    The authorised sellers for WICKED is TICKETEK. We also work in partnership with various tourism partners, we also work with the Tix group and Todaytix.

    WICKED has been granted a major event ticketing declaration under the Major Events Act 2009.
    Under the Major Events Act 2009 (Vic), it is illegal for a ticket to be resold, or offered or advertised for resale, for more than 10% above the face value purchase price of the ticket, unless the seller is authorised in writing by the event organisers.
    Breaching this Act can result in heavy fines up to $115,386 for an individual and $576,930 for a company.
    Purchasing a ticket from an unauthorised seller can result in the ticket holder being denied entry to the event.

    The authorised ticket seller for WICKED at Crown Theatre Perth is Ticketmaster 

    Customers are encouraged to avoid buying tickets through unauthorised third-party websites that sell secondary tickets, as there is no guarantee the tickets will be valid for entry at the venue.
    This includes unauthorised re-sellers such as Viagogo, Ticketbis, Tixel, eBay, Gumtree, Tickets Australia, Queen of Tickets, or similar.

    We work in partnership with the TIX group.

    In WA, it is an offence to resell a ticket for more than its original cost, plus 10 per cent. For more information visit WA Consumer Protection. Crown Theatre Perth is under no obligation to honour tickets which are deemed invalid for any reason, and you may be refused entry.

  • How long is the performance?

    The show is 2 hours and 45 minutes, including one 15-minute intermission.

  • What is the age recommendation?

    Recommended age for children is 8 and up. Please be aware that all patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

    Perth

    All persons aged 16 or under must be accompanied and sat next to the accompanying adult.
    All persons, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket. Patrons under 2 years of age are admitted free and must remain on the lap of a parent/guardian. Babes in arms tickets are available from the box office on the day of the performance.

  • Are smoke and strobe lights used during the performance?

    Loud noises, flashing lights, smoke effects and strobe lighting feature in the production.

  • What if I am late for a performance?

    Latecomers can only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance, which is approximately 20- 25 minutes after the start of the show. We urge all patrons to leave plenty of time to travel to the venue to avoid missing any part of the show.

    Please note, no refunds are issued to patrons arriving late.

    Perth

    Patrons arriving late will not be admitted into the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance. Latecomers may not be seated in their ticketed seat, but in an alternate area nearer an entrance where minimal disruption will be caused to seated attendees. This is at the discretion of the venue staff.

    There is accessible seating is available in Perth. 

    Wheelchair and attendant seating can be purchased online, wheelchair suitable areas are indicated on the interactive map with the use of the wheelchair symbol. 

    Patrons that require companion card or have other accessible requirements can follow the steps here. Companion cards tickets are only available for collection from the box office and will be issued upon presentation of the valid companion card. Companion cards must be identified at time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively.

    Patrons may also purchase accessible seating in person at the Crown Box Office, which is open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
